Questions we get asked
What counts as a 'contact'?
A contact is any person Vipnan researches, includes in a campaign list, and sends outreach to. If you remove someone from a list before it sends, they don't count. Unused contacts don't roll over to the next month.
What happens when I hit my contact limit?
Your active campaigns pause until the next billing cycle. You'll get a notification well before you hit the limit so you can plan ahead or upgrade.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you're billed the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Growth. Teams includes a paid onboarding session with your account manager to configure each SDR's ICP, sender domain, and market focus — this is included in the plan price.
How does Teams per-SDR pricing work?
Each AI SDR on the Teams plan gets its own ICP context, 500 signal-qualified contacts/month, and up to 5 campaigns — so one SDR covers India, another covers the US, another covers the Middle East. You pay per SDR seat (minimum 3). Add or remove SDRs at the start of any billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a standard free trial — outbound results take 2–4 weeks to show meaningfully, which makes a 7-day trial misleading for everyone. Instead, start with a paid pilot campaign at Starter pricing. If you're not satisfied after the first campaign, we refund the full month, no questions asked. On top of that, we guarantee 10 qualified replies within 60 days or your next month runs free.
Are prices in INR? What about USD?
All prices shown are in INR and include GST. If you're billing in USD, reach out — we have USD pricing for international customers.
